Who can access L3Ads packages?

Purchasers with assigned accounts sign in at the portal. Administrators manage inventory and assignments from the dashboard. There is no public self-serve signup for package browsing.

How does a package become available to download?

Packages begin locked. After access is approved—currently through an administrative unlock step—the purchaser can preview and download from the vault.

Is there automated checkout?

Automated payment providers are deferred. Unlock is a deliberate operational action rather than a public card checkout flow.

What delivery formats are supported?

Unlocked packages support CSV download. When attachments are included for a package, purchasers can also receive a ZIP that groups files by lead.

What can purchasers see while a package is locked?

Locked packages expose metadata in the vault. Full lead previews and downloads become available after unlock.

How are sensitive identifiers handled?

SSN and DOB values ingested through the consolidator pipeline are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access remains limited to authenticated workflows and ownership-checked downloads.

Does the public catalog show live leads?

No. The public catalog describes curated categories and delivery concepts. Live inventory and purchaser-specific packages remain inside authenticated systems.

How do I request access or ask about package fit?

Use the contact form to describe your company and intended use. Existing purchasers and administrators should continue using their respective login portals.
